PAYMENT, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Payment Methods

At Colorcraft we have 3 different payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best:

- Credit / Debit Cards
- GPAY

- Offline Payments (Cash in store purchases) or by phone

NOTE: Card details are not provided to Colorcraft, we are therefore not responsible for their storage. This is the most convenient and quickest method of payment. Some prepaid and internet cards are not accepted.

VAT

All the prices of the products we have for sale at Colorcraft include VAT. 

Minimum purchase

We do not have a minimum shipping amount, but for logistical reasons, the shipping costs will depend on the destination.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

I accept the terms of returns & exchanges set by Colorcraft.

Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Post items back to me within: 30 days of delivery


Cancellations can be decided on a case-by-case basis - this is due to the manufacturing process of items for custom orders. Please contact Colorcraft within 48 hours if you have any issues regarding your order or wish to cancel.

Conditions Of Returns


Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. All returns must be in their original new/unused condition in order to receive a refund.


Postage costs/ Refunds regarding Postage Costs

We offer 1st class postage via Royal Mail - this does not have a tracking code. However, if requested we can offer a proof of postage image if required.
Delivery upgrades offered at the check out are optional & offered to all customers.

If the buyer decides to upgrade their delivery at the checkout for their order this is the BUYERS choice.

These additional delivery upgrades will NOT be refunded in any order as these prices have not been included in our original costs.
